Mike started as a mortgage broker in 1984. His journey has included both up and down
markets. Boom and bust housing cycles. Working as a banker, broker, sales manager,
division head, and as a team leader with one of the largest mortgage bankers in his
region, Mike always knew what it took to make the phone ring and how to build
relationships that produced referrals.
In June of 2001 he left day to day originations to start his own consulting and coaching
company. Developing training seminars for specific needs as well as working with loan
officers, managers, and company owners to help originate more sales consistently.
Currently working with 27 individual clients that are in 22 states, they all have learned
the value in weekly accountability sessions. Detail is also paid to time management,
action planning, marketing a message, creating value to both clients and referral sources
alike. Quite simply, more loans, more income, less time, and a systematic approach that
begs to be duplicated.
